In the udon shop on the upper floor, a calm atmosphere prevails. The broth has a clear aroma that is elegant and delicious, making you want to drink it. The noodles are smooth and have a pleasant texture, allowing you to eat them comfortably. The shirasu (whitebait) egg drop has a lovely fragrance and a rich, mellow flavor. The inari (sweet rice wrapped in tofu skin) is substantial, with a moderate sweetness that highlights the aroma of the soybeans. You can choose from classic to creative options, and there are exciting dishes like curry and bibimbap.
