Charming standing bar near Taketa Station

Tachinomi Kiyori is a standing bar located just a short walk from Taketa Station. Despite its standing style, the diverse menu featuring dishes cooked on tabletop stoves is a highlight. From fresh seafood to specialty grilled items and flavorful vegetable dishes, they offer a wide range of options. On weekends, you can also sit down and leisurely enjoy your meal, making it a great spot to casually visit with friends.

It is located just outside the station, a little down the stairs from the ground level. It's a standing bar, but I love that I can grill meat and shellfish myself on the tabletop grill. When grilled, the clams open up pleasantly, and the aroma spreads beautifully. The tuna belly and seafood like 'unikku' are all excellent, and each bite is satisfying. The addictive menma, grilled asparagus, and French fries were also perfect accompaniments to the drinks. They also offer large-sized highballs, which makes the toasts even more exciting.
