A sushi restaurant in Nara known for its delicate nigiri

Located in Naramachi, "Hanako Sushi" is a renowned sushi restaurant where a female chef serves exquisite nigiri. The rice has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and each piece of sushi is a high-quality creation with careful attention to detail. The restaurant features only a counter, allowing guests to enjoy fresh ingredients sourced from the Nara market. With satisfying dishes and a cozy atmosphere, you'll definitely want to return.

You can enjoy the delicious sushi that unravels in your mouth and becomes one with the neta, compare it with pickled red tuna, and enjoy the unusual neta as well. Dessert is also an ingenious way to change the taste with sakekasu ice cream and wind forest. The fish is carefully prepared and you can feel the deliciousness of the fish without any cloying taste. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. I would like to visit this restaurant again.
