This is a signature dish of Dali, made with low-salt pollack roe, fragrant sesame oil, fried egg, seaweed flakes, and young leaves mixed with rice.
This is the signature dish of Dali Number One. Generously filled with cod roe, garlic, and olive oil. It's savory, light, and truly delicious until the very last bite. It contains green chili peppers, making it slightly spicy (but not too spicy).
This is the fried rice version of pollock roe pasta. It is rich in garlic and pollock roe, and very savory.

It's slightly sweet and not spicy compared to regular mentaiko pasta or cream pasta. Kids will love the taste.
This dish features gambas seasoned with cod roe, served with bread. It includes 10 plump shrimp and plenty of garlic. Six pieces of baguette are provided.
This is the most popular signature menu item along with the mentaiko series at Dali. It includes a delicious tomato-based soup with various vegetables, potatoes, shrimp, fresh mozzarella cheese, and 3 croquettes. (If you don't like croquettes, you can request to replace them with bread instead.) As an option, if you have it with bread, it will be enough for two people. Typically, it comes with 4 shrimp and 45g of fresh mozzarella, but if you want to add more, you can request additional toppings.

This is a beef rice bowl dish with a sweet and sour steak sauce. It contains half a Cheongyang pepper, so if you don't like it, please request to have it removed.
Soft and crispy chicken tenders piled high, to the point where you can't see the vegetables! At this point, it feels more like a chicken dish than a salad, right? Plus, the special dressing sauce is fantastic.
