I visited during lunchtime and was excited about the service that allowed me to take as many side dishes as I wanted. The stone-cooked bibimbap had an excellent aroma from the crispy rice and the flavors of the vegetables, making it irresistibly delicious to mix. The sundubu (soft tofu stew) allows you to choose the level of spiciness, so even if you go mild, you can still enjoy the authentic Korean spicy flavor and warmth. Adding a raw egg halfway through made it creamier, and I ended up drinking the soup to the last drop. It's also a nice touch that you can adjust the flavor with the spicy and non-spicy miso provided. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively, and the staff was efficient, making it a time that naturally brought smiles after the meal.
