The quality of the offal is high, and the bouncy texture is delightful. The miso-based offal hot pot is filled with plenty of vegetables and can be eaten lightly. Cabbage, bean sprouts, and chives are well incorporated and blend nicely with the soup. The staff's attentiveness is thorough, making the hot pot easy to eat. The pickled offal served as an appetizer has a good crunch, and the sakura yukke is creamy and delicious. The interior is clean, the restroom is easy to use, and there is a wide selection of shochu, making it a comfortable place to enjoy with family or groups.
