This parfait includes Japanese ingredients such as matcha ice cream, shiratama (mochi balls), warabi mochi, anko (sweet red bean paste), agar jelly, kuromitsu (black sugar syrup), along with traditional Kagawa sweets 'Oiri', local soy sauce-flavored 'Tuile', 'Stroisel' made with wasanbon sugar, and a compote of Kagawa-grown Kohara Beni early oranges, yellow peaches, and pineapples.
