We are particular about freshness and use only the highest quality chicken, carefully selected from all over Japan, and grilled to perfection over high-grade binchotan charcoal. Our specialty, "Hatsu", is fresh and plump, a texture that is hard to find anywhere else. The "white liver" has a texture like foie gras with a creamy flavor. You can enjoy yakitori such as "seseri-yaki," a dish with a heaping pile of scallions that will even surprise you.
We are a yakitori restaurant, so we are able to create a collagen-rich motsu nabe (hot pot) using beef offal from Japanese Wagyu beef, which has no odor, based on rich chicken stock made from local chicken. We serve only the rich umami soy sauce flavor that we are particular about.
Due to the rarity of this part, it will be available as soon as it arrives.
