Kazekami Ramen

The meat filling, sesame paste, and chili oil are made in-house.

We used a special sauce blended with real organic eggs (free-range eggs) from Kurofuji Farm and wooden barrel soy sauce from Shodoshima and Marushima. Please enjoy it mixed with the chilled thick noodles.

The noodles and dipping sauce are both thoroughly cold, making it 'Chilled Dipping Noodles.' Even when it's hot and you have no appetite, you can easily eat it.

The soup is characterized by a blend of chicken bones, whole chicken, pheasant, pork bones, and vegetables, along with chewy noodles made from a carefully selected blend of wheat flour.

The chewy thick noodles made from a blend of medium-strength flour are a perfect match for tsukemen.

Every morning, we wrap the handmade filling made in the shop with custom-made skin made from 100% premium hard wheat flour.
