A friend recommended this restaurant, so I took my soba-loving father to visit at lunch time. I had the Shunsai Coarse Ground Soba Gozen. It was a gorgeous set meal with pike and matsutake mushroom sushi, juwari soba, tempura, and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). The buckwheat noodles were made from 100% buckwheat, but they were not dry and had a very firm texture. When I slurped it, the flavor of the soba spread in my mouth and was very delicious.

Japanese course with soba noodles for lunch! The choice is "Shunsai Coarse-ground Soba Gozen"! Shunsai Coarse Ground Soba Gozen". We enjoyed not only the soba but also tempura and dessert. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also good.
