Upon entering the store, I was excited to see fresh seafood lined up in the showcase. The tuna meat left on the bones was so tender that it melted in my mouth, making it irresistibly delicious with rice. The chopped tuna tartare combined with green onions was rich in flavor, and I think it would be perfect as a hand roll. The thick slices of octopus had just the right amount of elasticity, and the more I chewed, the more umami spread in my mouth. The aged squid salad had a subtle saltiness, allowing me to fully appreciate the sweetness of the ingredients. For seafood lovers, the selection is irresistible, and I felt that every visit brought new discoveries.
