Using buckwheat flour made from homemade milling of Hitachi Aki soba. It has both the aroma and sweetness of soba, and the texture, mouthfeel, and elasticity are excellent, which has been well received by customers.
Morisoba comes with shrimp and seasonal vegetable tempura. This is our most popular menu item and is highly recommended!

This is a healthy zenzai made with homemade sweet red bean paste using Hokkaido-grown adzuki beans, and it contains fluffy soba dumplings made from stone-ground buckwheat flour. It is additive-free.
