Competing on the strength of cosmopolitanism These days, I think the focus is more on the stores that are swinging for the fences than on the stores that are neither. This is GU3, which is so popular that there is a three-month waiting list for reservations! The price was 5,000 yen until 2018/03/31, but they are revising the price to 5,400 yen from 2018/04/01. It's not much different, and it's for the consumption tax. Of course you can't beat the quality of meat at a high-end restaurant, but at this price with all-you-can-drink, it's a complete loss. It's like they're trying to advertise. You should definitely get 8 people together and go there! Overpriced and nit-picky!

When it first opened, there were hurdles when making reservations, but now it is a popular restaurant where anyone can make a reservation. Reservations start at 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., and the number of people is from 6 to 12 (up to 10 people recommended)! When we went to the third floor of the building, kimchi, namul, and cabbage were already set up. Drinks are beer, makgeolli, and soft drinks in the fridge with highballs and sours on the server. The food is basically self-serve except for the waiter bringing the food to you. The meat lineup is extensive, starting with salt-flavored thick-sliced tongue, shinshin, kainomi, etc., followed by hormone-type dishes, and finally tare (sauce) with kalbi, harami, loin, etc. Although not quite up to the quality of the best restaurants, the cuts are thick enough to allow you to taste each part of the meat. The hormone-based dishes are particularly tasty, and the striped pork, mino, hatsu (heart), and pork tenderloin that I had on this day were rare gems. On the day we went, there was a sudden cancellation, so we received two portions of meat. I think the regular amount of meat would have been a bit too much, but considering the all-you-can-drink fee and the use of a private room, the 5,000 yen price is probably very cost-effective! It seems to be a popular restaurant where it is difficult to get a reservation, but I would like to come back again.
