Sitting at the counter, I feel excited as I watch the dishes being prepared right in front of me. The first small bowl that comes out is vegetable-based, and the gentle seasoning seeps into my body. When I ask for recommendations, the owner smiles and tells me, so I feel at ease even without a menu. The thick tonkatsu stands out with the sweetness of the meat and the crispiness of the coating, and I couldn't help but keep eating. The grilled mackerel and the tempura of the whiting are also cooked to perfection, with a fluffy texture and a wonderful aroma. I was able to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant time with delicious food and friendly conversations with the staff.
