Local sakes from various regions in Japan are being rotated in stock. The standard lineup consists of 4 types. There are also other shochu and sour options available. Prices for sour drinks start at 390 yen. Authentic shochu can be kept by the bottle, but can also be enjoyed by the glass. Japanese sake prices range from 500 to 850 yen.
Sashimi can be ordered individually or as a set. Prices vary, but a serving of white fish (such as sea bream or sea bass) starts at around 1200 yen, which is reasonable for a sushi counter.
The premium sushi set costs 2500 yen and includes 2 pieces of medium fatty tuna, 1 piece of white fish, 1 piece of sweet shrimp, 1 piece of ark shell, 1 piece of egg, 1 piece of sea urchin, 1 piece of salmon roe, and half a roll of tuna roll. In total, there were 8 pieces of nigiri and half a roll. The sea urchin was from Hokkaido and was sweet and delicious. The sweet shrimp was not frozen and had a strong natural sweetness.
It seems that the grilled dishes vary depending on the season, but the standard was grilled miso-marinated cod for 750 yen. I recommend the tuna cheek steak! It was tender and delicious.
