Founded in 1976, Kisuke Udon is a long-standing establishment where you can savor udon made with Nagasaki's distinctive thin noodles. The spacious interior exudes a homely atmosphere that continues to be loved by locals. The extensive menu is also available for use as an izakaya in the evenings.
