The interior is adorned with carefully chosen beautiful Satsuma Kiriko glassware, creating a luxurious atmosphere. Dishes such as sukiyaki and shabu-shabu made with Anraku beef from Nichinan City, Miyazaki Prefecture, are exceptional, and the grilled spiny lobster with sea urchin is unforgettable once tasted.

The moment I entered, I was excited by the calm space adorned with colorful cut glass. The first dish, a salad of mozuku seaweed and tomatoes, was beautifully arranged in a glass, pleasing to the eye. The following sashimi was abundant in variety, with the seared salmon topped with cheese and the igisu (a type of fish) being particularly impressive. When enjoyed with a ponzu sauce infused with the flavor of monkfish liver, the umami stands out, making me involuntarily exclaim. When I dipped the sea bream, yellowtail, and octopus in the broth that spread the aroma of seaweed, I felt light and happy. The cold soup and the choice of desserts at the end, along with the carefully prepared hojicha (roasted green tea), made me very fond of the place, including its cozy atmosphere.
