Khao Niew Mamuang is a Thai dessert made with sticky rice topped with coconut sauce and served with mango. We have arranged it with mango sherbet instead of fresh fruit. You might be surprised by the combination of sticky rice and fruit or sherbet, but once you try it, it surprisingly matches perfectly!! Please give it a try♪
