This dish is filled with plenty of carefully simmered kanpyo and plenty of denbu. The nori seaweed used is a carefully selected high-quality seaweed with a shiny black color from Chiba Prefecture. Each piece is rolled up one by one to prevent the rice from being crushed, showcasing the craftsmanship.
An upper grip sushi with premium medium fatty tuna and Hokkaido-produced salmon roe. Both the rice and the topping are large. If you prefer a smaller rice portion, we can make it smaller upon request.
