The 'Craft Sauce' is made from four carefully selected ingredients. Based on 'Fukuoka Kitaya Sake', it incorporates 'Rausu Kombu' to bring out a rich and aromatic umami flavor. The chili pepper is a unique blend called 'Sakikara'. For a secret ingredient, 'Yuzu from Kyushu' is used. By adding this yuzu, the 'Craft Sauce' from Yamaya is finished with a splendid aroma and elegance. This is a product that has been carefully marinated and aged for one hundred sixty-eight hours.
Using 100% domestic beef small intestines, said to be the most delicious among 'motsu'. That's why the sweetness and umami that spread in your mouth is a creamy deliciousness. Enjoy the moderate chewiness and the bouncy texture.
Aged Bonito Soy Sauce ... Based on domestic grilled bonito dashi, it is finished with a refreshing sweet and deep flavor using Kyushu's authentic brewed soy sauce. Rich Miso ... A rich and deep flavor with the addition of smooth and elegant sweetness from Saikyo miso and ground sesame.
