The atmosphere is calm, and the staff is polite and pleasant. The seasonal sashimi is fresh, and the bonito stands out with its salt preparation. The Shimanto beef has a rich flavor of red meat and can be enjoyed fragrant on a ceramic plate. The seaweed tempura has a nice aroma and pairs lightly with matcha salt. The river delicacies and natural sweetfish served as an appetizer are also very delicious, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The fragrant local rice and sake pair well, and you can enjoy them leisurely in a private room.
