An assortment of seasonal vegetable tempura. Large shrimp tempura, eggplant, carrot, burdock root, sweet potato, shiso leaf, and more are beautifully arranged. Each piece is very delicious, and there was also use of bamboo shoots in the tempura. There is a sufficient amount to enjoy the tempura.
A large bowl filled with freshly grilled eel. The eel is plump and delicious, and there is a sufficient amount of rice. It also comes with a clear soup, which is a nice addition. The homemade pickles provide a refreshing break, allowing you to fully enjoy the eel bowl even in a small bowl.
Elegant and refreshing zaru soba with a subtle flavor. The dipping sauce has a well-balanced taste that is not too sweet. The soba and dipping sauce complement each other well, and it was delicious. The tempura included seasonal vegetables as well as large shrimp, making the tempura soba very enjoyable. It was also nice that soba-yu (hot water used to dilute leftover dipping sauce) was served.
Warm soba with duck broth. The broth had a rich umami and sweetness, with a clear and distinct flavor. It paired perfectly with the homemade soba. The toppings included large tempura shrimp and duck meat, making it a very satisfying soba dish.
Unadon is a dish consisting of tender and plump eel. You can enjoy the authentic taste of eel. The sauce is also delicious, allowing you to keep eating without getting tired. With the addition of eel liver, you can fully enjoy the eel.
