Produced by the long-established sake brewery 'Yamamoto Honke' with over 300 years of history in Fushimi, Kyoto. This is unpasteurized namagenshu. It combines a solid dry taste with the freshness of namazake and the strength unique to genshu. Alcohol content: 19, Sake meter value: +4, Acidity: 1.9 per cup.
Using rice grown in-house at Yoshinokawa, this Junmai Ginjo sake is bottled unfiltered after a single pasteurization and slowly aged in a low-temperature warehouse within the brewery.
