The moment I entered, the city lights visible through the large window sparkled and lifted my spirits. The counter was lined with the fish that had been brought in that day, and it was so lively that just watching it was enjoyable. The sashimi platter I received was glossy and had a firm texture, which made me smile involuntarily. The fluffy dashi omelet and the rich-flavored potato salad were so delicious that I couldn't stop eating. The staff approached me at just the right moments, making it easy to order more drinks and dishes without any stress. The time spent with a variety of sake was pleasant, and before I knew it, I had stayed for a long time.
