Choosing from the menu at the ticket vending machine was exciting, even though I was a bit unsure. The thick noodles are intertwined with chives, minced meat, fish powder, and egg yolk, creating a burst of flavor with every bite. The more you mix it, the more the flavors come together, and even with a mild spiciness, you can feel a depth of umami. Adding some vinegar and chili from the table made it fun to change the flavor, and I never got bored until the end. My favorite part was adding a little rice to combine with the leftover ingredients for the finish. The cheerful greetings from the staff were also pleasant, making it a place I want to casually visit again.
