When I entered the restaurant, it was lively and vibrant, and I was excited as the drinks were brought to me right away. The first dish that arrived was the salted bonito, which had a refreshing aroma and no unpleasant smell at all, leaving me impressed. The flounder sashimi and the tempura shishamo were also plump and allowed me to taste the freshness of the sea directly. In particular, the dried squid was perfectly balanced in tenderness and savoriness, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. I also enjoyed the kelp-cured sashimi and the creamy cod milt with ponzu, all of which showcased the quality of the ingredients and paired wonderfully with sake. The variety of drinks and seafood complemented each other perfectly, and I felt it was a wonderful place to spend a fun time with friends.
