The boiled shirasu is tender and has a gentle aroma of the sea, making it very delicious. Each individual piece is firm and has a hint of sweetness, and when placed on rice, it's hard to stop eating. It also pairs well when mixed with pasta, blending nicely with garlic and olive oil. The raw shirasu is easy to eat and has a smooth texture, and when enjoyed with soy sauce enhanced with wasabi, the flavor stands out. The small direct sales shop has a style where you request from the refrigerated case on the right upon entering. It is located down a narrow road in a residential area, and there is convenient parking space available nearby.
