The signature dish of the buckwheat house is Pyongyang cold noodles, characterized by high buckwheat content in the noodles and a clean broth. The summer limited menu item, kongguksu (cold noodle soup with soybean milk), is made with 100% domestically produced soybean milk and homemade buckwheat noodles, harmonizing beautifully with the rich flavor of the soybean broth. Additionally, various dishes such as fried dumplings and boiled pork are also available.

The interior is decorated with flower and plant pots, and is charmingly adorned with wooden kitchenware and wall clocks. The vintage restaurant atmosphere and cafe interior harmonize to provide a comfortable dining environment.
