This space has an interior that is characteristic of Okinawa, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The first floor has a counter and tables, while the second floor features larger seating and partitioned areas, making it convenient to use. The sea grapes, jimami tofu, and goya champuru are all fragrant and delicious. Okinawa soba, aosa soup, and water dumplings with Agu pork have a very rich flavor in the broth, pairing well with beer and awamori. The rafute is tender and melt-in-your-mouth, and the oil miso rice is so delicious that you can't stop eating it. There are also fun menu items like cold Okinawa soba noodles mixed with yomogi and fries that resemble curly potatoes, which adds excitement.

It means 'the sweet potato sake of the common people.' During the Ryukyu Kingdom era, the government-produced awamori, a distilled rice liquor, was not a drink that common people could enjoy daily. Therefore, women in various villages creatively used readily available ingredients like 'sweet potatoes' and 'brown sugar' to make sake koji in the same way they made miso koji, resulting in what is known as Imuge.
