In a calm space located in the basement of a building, the goodness of seafood is clearly conveyed. The sashimi is diverse, with each piece rich in flavor, and the soy sauce can be chosen according to preference. The shrimp mayo has thick, firm meat, and its sweetness spreads pleasantly with each bite. The fried dishes have a light and fragrant batter, and the use of ginger is just right. Even the miso soup with sea lettuce and the pickles are well-prepared, making the rice go down easily. While the fish is the star, the skewered cutlets are also delicious, making one want to drink more.
