The atmosphere is beautiful and bright, and the staff's response is pleasant. The food is served quickly, so you can enjoy it right away. The motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) pairs well with the tender tripe and vegetables, and the flavor of the broth is rich. You can choose from three types of broth, and I was very satisfied with the salt option. The horse sashimi is also delicious, and I couldn't stop eating it. I was able to enjoy the finishing rice porridge, and having a private room is a nice touch.
