A specialty restaurant for motsunabe where you can savor the flavors of Hakata

Kyushu Cuisine and Delicious Sake Motsu Hiro is a restaurant specializing in Kyushu's regional dishes and motsunabe. The rich flavor of the offal, infused in a chicken bone broth, combined with the sweetness of cabbage, elevates the dish into a collagen-rich hot pot that keeps customers coming back for more. Additionally, enjoying it with the house-made ponzu-style sauce and yuzu pepper enhances the deliciousness even further. The Hakata specialty grilled gyoza is also highly recommended, and each visit promises new discoveries.

There is a tatami room where you can take off your shoes and relax comfortably. The motsunabe, which is like a water-boiled dish, is served with ponzu sauce, offering a refreshing yet rich flavor. It contains offal, cabbage, and dumpling skins, making it hard to stop eating. The bite-sized gyoza is also fragrant, and I really liked it. The grilled offal is tender and delicious, making you want to eat more. The combination of Kyushu cuisine and sake is enjoyable, and I was satisfied with the chashu noodles to finish off the meal.

A course with only one main dish, the exquisite motsu nabe. The nabe is lightly seasoned in a mizutaki style, so you can enjoy it all the way through to the end of the meal. We welcome reservations from 3 persons.
