We generously topped it with a 20cm long pulled-up fresh yuba. The soup is an original pride with a soy milk salt flavor made using a whole chicken carcass.

Topped with rolled yuba, long-life yuba, and chopped yuba on rough-cut soba noodles. Served with rolled yuba, simmered bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms, and bamboo leaf-wrapped rice. This set comes with yuba simmered in soy sauce. It has an elegant finish.
