Enjoy a Variety of Creative Pasta Directly Connected to the Station

This pasta specialty shop has opened on the 6th floor of Minamoa, directly connected to Hiroshima Station. The menu features a wide range of options, including original dishes like Japanese-style carbonara with mentaiko and yuba, all paired with perfectly cooked noodles that cling to the sauce. The bright and open interior is easy to use for both individuals and groups, and the service is prompt, making it a great spot to casually stop by after work or during sightseeing.

It is located on the 6th floor of Minamoa at Hiroshima Station. The interior has a bright and calm atmosphere, making it comfortable even for solo diners. The first dish served is a comforting dashi soup that whets the appetite. There are many types of pasta to choose from, making it fun to select, and the service is smooth after placing an order. The mentaiko and yuba carbonara had a rich creaminess that paired well with the aroma, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The butter soy sauce with mushrooms and bacon was also fragrant, and I was very satisfied.
