If you want to enjoy the taste of warm broth, this is the one to go for! Made with grilled jaw of the Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture. The first and second dashi are both delicious!
Our special soup base has a delightful chicken broth flavor. However, it can be tricky as the chicken meat can become tough if added at the wrong timing. Simple yet challenging! If you're undecided on a warm soba, go for this one!

Tempura with one whole juicy shrimp, assorted vegetables, and crispy tempura of shungiku (edible chrysanthemum leaves)
Juicy chicken and half-cooked eggs! Our special broth is incredibly delicious. (Please note that rice may be out of stock)
