In a calm space with only a counter, you can enjoy the sounds and aromas of the teppan. The first dish of caviar is a luxury that can be enjoyed with fragrant bread. The seared tuna salad and the foie gras enhanced with aromatic truffles are very impressive. A dish of chilled potato soup with lobster and grilled sweetfish over charcoal is also deeply flavorful. The seasonal grilled vegetables, including young corn and shiitake mushrooms, are fragrant, and the black wagyu ribeye is juicy and satisfying. The flow of the course is smooth, and I enjoyed every dish from the appetizer to the end.
