The handmade thick noodles have a strong chewiness and provide satisfaction with every bite. The presentation includes a mix of wide noodles, which is exciting to see. The dipping sauce, infused with the umami of the meat, is well-seasoned and pairs perfectly with the robust noodles. The cold dipping sauce, filled with coarsely grated daikon, is very refreshing. The vegetable tempura is colorful, and the sweetness of the carrots leaves a lasting impression. The interior of the restaurant has a warm atmosphere, and during busy times, there is a system where you fill out a paper to wait for your turn, allowing for a calm experience.
