The meat from the churrasco is all fragrant, and the more you chew, the more the flavor spreads. It's centered around lean cuts, not heavy, and has a light texture that makes it easy to eat. There are also cuts that you don't usually see, which makes you excited about what will come next. You can enjoy as much salad and sides as you like, which makes for a nice palate cleanser. There are many drink options, and the service is quick and pleasant. The staff's explanations are easy to understand, and I was completely satisfied until the end.
