In a calm interior with a counter and tables, you can casually drop in even if you're alone. The background music of island songs plays, and the sight of bottles of awamori lined up excites me. The grilled items, including liver, chicken neck, and tail, along with the signature tsukune and soft cartilage, are all fragrant and satisfying. The crunchy cabbage offers three different flavors to enjoy, making it easy to keep eating. The grilled rice balls served with dashi broth become a source of happiness when you dissolve wasabi into them. There are also Okinawan beers and sanpin tea available, allowing for a pleasant and relaxed time.
