Tsurukame Sushi

Using fresh seafood sourced from the local fishing port, we offer sushi that highlights seasonal ingredients. In particular, nigiri made with locally caught Pacific saury, scallops, and sea urchin are popular. The rice has a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, making it an excellent match with the toppings. During lunch hours, you can enjoy sets of nigiri sushi, chirashi sushi, and set meals, while at dinner time, in addition to sushi, we also offer a variety of side dishes and sashimi platters.

The interior of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere where the warmth of wood can be felt, with both counter and table seating available. At the counter seats, you can closely observe the craftsmanship and enjoy conversation along with your meal. The table seats are also suitable for groups and families, allowing for a relaxed time. The warm hospitality of the owner is well-regarded, creating a comfortable space.

Since its establishment, we have continued to offer sushi made with fresh local seafood. We utilize seasonal ingredients sourced directly from the local fishing port and focus on a menu centered around nigiri sushi. We pay special attention to the rice and sauce, valuing their compatibility with the ingredients. Primarily serving local customers, we have also become a beloved spot for tourists, maintaining a taste rooted in the community.
