9 nove is a wonderful Italian restaurant worth the trip from afar. They are particular about their handmade pasta, bread made from ancient flour, organic vegetables, special Wagyu beef, and wine. The menu is excellent and the service is very attentive, making this an Italian restaurant worth the hour and a half drive.

Sono andato a pranzo. Ero già stato qui di sera e era incredibilmente buono, e ho sempre pensato che avrei voluto tornare, e questa volta sono riuscito a venire a pranzo! Gli antipasti erano molto buoni. La zuppa era molto dolce, densa e deliziosa. Abbiamo condiviso una pasta con base di olio e una pasta con crema di funghi. È stato un pranzo molto soddisfacente!

I used it for an anniversary date! The shop was surprisingly small, and since it has a counter, the space between us and the next person was somewhat narrow, but it didn't feel cramped, and we enjoyed ourselves. The course meal was very delicious, and you could feel the attention to the ingredients. The drinks are priced well, so I recommend enjoying them at a moderate level! Haha. Also, when I mentioned in the comments that it was for an anniversary, they designed a plate for the final dessert of the course, and I was moved by their hospitality...! I would like to visit again as a reward.

I visited for lunch. The beautiful presentation and flavors were all satisfying. In particular, I was amazed by the dishes that highlighted the unique sweetness of the vegetables. I was able to spend a wonderful time, and I would like to visit this restaurant again. Next time, I definitely want to enjoy a lovely time for dinner.

Delicious dishes made with different ingredients every month. I enjoyed it again today. My favorite today was the fried cod milt. It was exquisite. Of course, I plan to make a reservation for next month as well. I'm looking forward to what kind of arranged dishes will come out with fresh seasonal vegetables.

I have been going with my sister and mother since my university days, and after going again for the first time in five years, I realized once again that the food at 9 nove is exceptionally delicious! My husband went for the first time, and he said it was so good! He seems satisfied even after returning home, laughing. Every ingredient is carefully selected, and of course the meat is great, but the sauces for the meat are also delicious. Especially, I have loved pasta since long ago, and I was really happy to be able to eat it today! I will definitely go again!

A store that I really, really love. The taste, the atmosphere inside the store, and the staff are all wonderful. I am not very knowledgeable about the dishes, and I lack the vocabulary to write a review, but the food is truly delicious, reflecting the care put into it. Normally, I wouldn't say this, but thanks to 9 nove, I was able to tell my daughter, 'Thank you for being born to me!' Also, I usually don't drink alcohol at all, but the drinks at 9 nove are so good that I always have to try them. I am so glad to have met this place.
