This is a Korean-style sweet and sour pork. It is topped with a sweet and sour sauce over crispy fried pork and vegetables. A half size (1078 yen) is also available.
Soft tofu is abundant. A careful broth is made using dried fish and other ingredients, and the addition of pork and clams creates a rich-flavored soup. Rice from Yamagata, cooked by blending Tsuyahime rice with several types of mixed grains.
This is a fresh makgeolli made using 100% domestically produced new rice from that year, crafted using traditional methods. It undergoes slow low-temperature fermentation, allowing natural carbonation to develop, making it easy to drink and healthy. It is also available in bottles.
This refreshing lemon sour makes the most of the flavor and aroma of lemons, intentionally without any sweeteners. It is not too sour, capturing the deliciousness of the lemon itself.
This is a homemade ginger syrup made by simmering ginger and several types of spices.
Luxuriously made with Korean ginseng sourced from Korea, it has been slowly infused in alcohol for one year. Please enjoy it on the rocks.
