You can see the work being done well from the counter, and it makes for an exciting experience. The focus is on seasonal ingredients, with hints of local flavors throughout, which is wonderful. The sashimi is varied, and there are dishes with seared fish and liver, all showcasing outstanding freshness. In particular, the marinated tuna, seared mackerel, and grilled sawara with saikyo miso were memorably delicious. After enjoying grilled dishes and vinegared items, the nigiri is served one piece at a time, perfectly timed, and the size is easy to eat. They carefully select sake that pairs well with the dishes, ensuring satisfaction from start to finish.

At the comfortably lit counter, you can enjoy your meal while watching the efficient work being done. The course includes sashimi, vinegared dishes, and grilled items, followed by sushi of a perfect size. There are various types of sashimi, including grilled and liver-topped sea bream, which are visually delightful and delicious. In particular, the marinated tuna has a perfect balance of flavor, and I was impressed by its sticky texture. The fragrant grilled mackerel and the saury grilled with saikyo miso also left a lasting impression. The selection of sake is limited but pairs perfectly with the dishes, allowing you to fully enjoy each item that highlights the seasonal ingredients.
