A self-service restaurant where you can enjoy fresh tuna bowls

Located in Nachikatsuura, Maguro Toya is a hidden gem where you can enjoy fresh tuna bowls in a self-service style. The chewy raw tuna is carefully deboned, offering a perfect texture and flavor. The fish soup is refillable, and its rich taste, packed with plenty of tuna, is particularly appealing. The warm hospitality and high satisfaction of the dishes make it popular among families.

This new shop is located right next to the sales office, and the interior is very clean. Orders are placed by calling the staff with a bell, and you pick up your order at the register when it's ready. There are three types of rice bowls available, and you can also choose a two-item combination bowl, which is fun. The fresh tuna is very fresh, and you can really feel its chewy texture and pleasant aroma. The broth from the fish bones is packed with ingredients and has a rich flavor, and you can serve yourself and get refills. It's a bit far from the station, but the staff's demeanor is pleasant, and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably.
