I was drawn in by the banner for the dandan noodles at the storefront. The dry dandan noodles have square noodles that are quite firm, and when mixed well with the sauce and meat miso, the aroma spreads. The sharp spiciness of the chili combined with the freshness of the cilantro creates a deliciousness that lingers. After finishing the noodles, adding white rice to the remaining ingredients feels like a different dish and is enjoyable. The meat miso with shiitake mushrooms in the zhajiangmian, along with the set of flavor enhancers like green onions, pea shoots, and cilantro, was also interesting, and I couldn't stop eating while sweating. The free refills of egg soup and the fluffy pickled mustard greens were appreciated, and I was completely satisfied until the end. Thank you for the meal.
