The handmade simmered hamburger is finely textured, meaty, and excellent. Despite the quick service, both the hamburger and the rice and miso soup are served piping hot, which is delightful. The shredded cabbage is surprisingly fine and fluffy, blending well with the sauce, making the salad feel elevated. There are two small side dishes, along with salad, pickles, and miso soup, creating a very good overall balance. The fried chicken and fried food set meals are also substantial, and all are satisfying. The small restaurant has counter and table seating, and the turnover is good, making it easy to eat quickly.
