After enjoying a meal in Karatsu, I stopped by and immediately felt my heart settle in the moist atmosphere. When I sat at the counter, the gentle master welcomed me, and the conversation flowed leisurely. The gin fizz I ordered first had a refreshing aftertaste, smoothly entering my body even after sake. The sidecar that followed was a classic rendition, with a rich aroma that was irresistible. There was also a smoky single malt available, and I couldn't help but be impressed by the strength of Octomore. This place, where you can enjoy a variety of drinks in a calm space, is perfect for wrapping up a night in Karatsu.
