I was able to enjoy authentic Vietnamese flavors near Aeon Mall Ota. The interior is full of an exotic atmosphere, and on the left side, there is a corner with ingredients and seasonings that is exciting just to look at. The fried rice, packed with ingredients and with a hint of pineapple's acidity, is beautifully colorful and delicious enough that I couldn't stop using my spoon. The beef pho has a gentle broth that pairs well with the slightly rare beef, and the noodles have a smooth and chewy texture that is pleasant to eat. The herbs are served separately, so when added midway, they instantly spread their aroma and allow for a delightful change in flavor. The banh xeo is fun to cut with scissors and wrap in rice paper, and the ethnic-style yakisoba is also very satisfying.
