Comforting Chinese Noodles and Dumplings That Warm You Up Late at Night

This town-style Chinese restaurant, located in the heart of Kofu, retains a nostalgic Showa-era charm. The owner's efficient cooking and warm hospitality create a pleasant atmosphere. The simple soy sauce-based ramen is gentle on the body after a night out, and it's well-known for making you want to finish every drop of the soup. They also offer a selection of light snacks like beer and dumplings, making it a reliable spot.

This is a beloved shop that I found near the station. It has a calm atmosphere, and the staff are kind and reassuring. The soup, with the aroma of dried sardines, has a rich miso flavor that creates a perfect taste. The curly noodles cling well to the soup, giving a nostalgic feeling. I appreciate that they adjust the thickness to my preference. The large gyoza has a chewy skin, with a crispy surface, and can be enjoyed alongside the ramen.
