This shop, located deep in the west exit shopping street of Kitaurawa, catches the eye with its red sign and lanterns. Inside, there are table seats and a counter, creating a casual atmosphere. The grilled dumplings have a chewy skin, and the filling is full of flavor, making for a very satisfying experience. The stir-fried knife-cut noodles, liver and garlic chives, mapo tofu, and eight treasure stir-fry are all delicious, and I couldn't put my chopsticks down. The small plates of dried tofu and chicken gizzards are also tasty, making it enjoyable even without alcohol. The service is quick, and the lively atmosphere with Chinese being spoken in the shop gives a bit of a travel vibe.
